I am searching for Alexander Black and his spouse Mary or May Black, both born NC him, 1821, her 1819, 1850 census Murray GA lists Nancy Black (NC) 1780, Robert Black (NC) 1790. Looking for any further info on Alexander and family, his parents (prob. Nancy and Robert of NC).
Doug Corbin already helped me find Alexander and Mary, can't establish much with 1840 and earlier census info.
How do you find earlier generations? I'm just going in circles.
Any help, whether specific to my quest, or general about using these on line resourses would be greatly appreciated.
Doug Corbin did in a day what I've been struggling at for a year or more.
