William Palmer married to Viceie????

Looking for information on William Palmer of Georgia, married to a lady named Viceie or Vicey???? no one seems to know her name or spelling. They had 8 children: Arvel Kenneth, Clarence, Eskow?, Burley, Stella, Beatrice, Gertrude, and Cora.

Arvel Kenneth Palmer (born 4/16/1913 died 11/3/1985) was married to Nellie Kate O'Shields (born 6/2/1914 died 6/30/1983. They had 6 children: Linda Ann Palmer(McCoy), Robert, Jimmie, Virginia, Jeanette, Leon.

Linda Ann is my Mother-in-Law.

Please give me any info that you may have regarding this family..Thanks
