This may not prove to be very helpful, but I know that the Gabbard's at one point actually owned the town of Logan, WV. My grandfather was Monroe Gabbard, whom I believe was Tilford's brother, but I'm not possitive. I'll talk to my father and get more information about this, and try to be able to answer what ever questions you may have.
