Just an FYI if anyone's interested...The Owsley Co (KY) Historical Society's latest newsletter has a picture of some Gabbard men on the cover. I think you can purchase the issues through the website.

You can see the cover at that link too -- the gentleman on the bottom row with the white beard is Civil War veteran George Washington Gabbard..was my great-great-grandfather.
