Hi Richie,
This what I have on the Gabbais. Doberman Herman Konge married Alina Gabbai in 1879, Rochester, NY. They came over together on the same ship, And went straight to Rochester. They had,
Carl Heinrich Franz Konje 1892 father and mother Herman and Lena Konje.
Herman Johann Franz Konje 1897 same parents, Gertrude Henreitta Bertha Konje 1900, same parents,
Herbert Albert Ludwig Konje 1902, same parents. In these church records it says they are from Stolpe, Pommerania.
The info is is german and it lists their godparents as their parents. My husband is their ggrandson.
