I would like to contact anyone with information on John Gabby/Gebby who md. Jean Brownlee on 3 Jan 1757 in Lancaster Co. PA. He died in 1810 in Franklin Co. PA. Their children were:
Janet b. 1760, md. James Burns; John b. 17 Sept 1761, md. Margaret Mitchell; William b. 25 Apr 1762, md. Amelia/Emily McCormick; James md. Janet Gabby (cousin); David b. ca. 1769; Thomas b. ca. 1771; Marion b. ca. 1773; Archibald b. 1775, md. Agnes Nancy Brownlee; Jean, md. Samuel Cooper; Joseph b. 25 Apr 1779, md. Ann Cummins.

The Brownlees came from Lanarkshire Scotland and I find several Gebbies in the records there, as well as next door in Ayreshire.
