my grandparents came from a town in russia which was called warrenburg in german, and in russian it was called privolnoye. They came to america in feb.20 of l908. They came through ellis island and I have their records. They on thier records spelled their name Gebel. They spelled their name in their bible as Gebroen. My mother and her siblings spelled their names Gabel. There was a David Gabel that came over here from the same little town. I imagine they were related some way. Any additional info would be appreciated. thank you.
