My grandfather was Thomas Franklin Gable. He was born in GA on 18 Feb 1880. His father was Henry Napoleon Gable and his mother was Catherine Shealey. My grandfather and his parents lived right on the line between GA and AL. I have a record of a land grant to Henry in Al. I know that my g-grandfather was living around Crossroads GA and that he is buried in the St. Michels Cemetery in Cleburne Co. AL. Please, if this info can lead me to a connection to the rest of his family, or if you have any idea who the immigrant ancestor was, I would appreciate an email. This Gable family is hard to trace because of all the similar names. Is there a connection to George Gable, of Crossroads, GA? Thomas was married to Minnie Inez Pruitt and living in Haralson Co.
