I am looking for information on the ancestors of Christopher Fred Gabel, born July 05, 1864 and married to Anna A. Sharkey, born November 26, 1876 in Hamburg, Germany. The parents of C. F. Gabel was Christopher Gabel (died 1906) and Sophia Helwich.
C. F. Gabel and Anna Sharkey had 11 children: Edna, Carl, Ethel, Laura, Ernest, Sophia, Julia, Walter, Wilma, baby boy, Arnold and baby boy.
My Uncle's mother was Edna (Gesche) Gabel and just died last year in her 90's
