Raymond and Mary Gabel from Russia

I am looking for any info regarding relatives of Raymond and Mary Gabel who immigrated from Russia to NW Kansas in 1901 with their 1 year old son Jacob. Raymond would have been born in approximately 1870 and Mary in approximately 1874.
I do not have any information prior to their immigration. It would seem from the 1920 census that John and Mary were born in Russia as well as their parents, if the info is accurate. So it seems that the family spent at least two generations in Russia after immigrating from Germany. The census states their mother tongue as German.
Please contact me if you have seen any relevent info.
