I am afraid I do not as yet have any other information on Magdalena Gabel. Neither her maiden name nor her husband's name are known to me. I know only that she was the mother of Lydia Gabel (wife of William Bossenberger/Bossenberry) of Zurich Ontario. The 1851 census shows that she was living with William and Lydia.

The Magdalena Gabel buried in EEUB Zurich is not she. I suspect that my Magdalena was buried in Waterloo county, while the one buried in Zurich is perhaps a sister of Lydia:
