I have tons of Gabbert and related relatives, the beginnings of which came from the very same region your Heinrich came from. The spellings have changed throughout the years, and I am sure that your Heinrich is related to our lines. There is a Gabbard list you can join on rootsweb that is full of Gabbard/Gabbert researchers who have the line back to the early 1500's.
