About a month ago I received a message from a Finch researcher about the folks named above, basicly asking if I was kin to Mary Jane Tankersley, who married Rudolphus Finch, son of Paul Finch. An offer to exchange information was kindly made. Unfortunately, in switching from compuserve to earthlink, I lost your message. To confirm, I am descended from George Jackson Tankersley, brother of Mary Jane Tankersley. I am also related to Paul Finch's wife, Eliza Evaline Gable, from another line. So yeah, we are related from two different directions. If you see this, please contact me again. I am very interested.
