Mary Elizabeth Gobel was born to the above couple on March 21, 1785. She was baptised at Hohn's Church, commonly called Hain's Church in the Heidelburg Township of Berks County. Later on October 23, 1806, Valentine Gable was listed on the plat of a land grant for Catherine Keasiller on Beaverdam Creek, waters of the South Saluda River in the old Orangeburg District, South Carolina. Hummm ! Probably just a coincidence ? I wonder how many coincidences it takes to suggest more than 50% probability ?
