Lumberman/Riverman Richard GABOURIE (b Canada, immigrated to USA circa 1880) married my ancestral aunt, Mary PARKER (b ??8 Feb 1861/62? Canada?) on 1 Nov 1881 at Spencer Creek (now Alden), Antrim co, Michigan. Mary was still alive in 1901 residing at Bellaire, MI. Thomas PARKER & Eliza Jane DAY or HOLDEN were either her parents or grandparents.
Mary & Richard brought these children into the world:
Edward (married Casilda BROW), Veva L, Ray, Emma, Thomas, Glen (spouse-Bernice M. McBEE), May, Ethel, Lilah Mae (Mrs. Austin T DYER). Family was enumerated in 1900 at Village of Bellaire, Kearney twp, Antrim co, MI (p87A).
Would like to find kin with stories & facts about these people...and perhaps, some photographs.
