Sheri:

My gggrandfather was Martin F. Gabi (Gaby, Gabe, Gauba, etc.) who was born in 1797 and died in 1875. His parents were Isaac Gabi and Magdalena Fratz. Apparently Issac was the son of Martin Gabi (1742-1812) and Susanna Price.

Isaac and Martin lived in Virginia (Botetourt County) in the early 1800's. Martin, Magdalena, and an apparent brother named Isaac later show up in Tennessee in the 1830's.

Martin F. had a daughter named Susan F.N., but she was born in 1825. This is the first that I've seen of a Susanna born in 1802.

In my internet searches I've been unable to find likely brothers and sisters for Martin F., other than the Isaac mentioned above. Maybe something can be made of the birthdates and Virginia connection.
