Shawn,

Thank you for posting the census information. It was indeed helpful. I descend from members of the Gaby/Gabby family found in York District, South Carolina. The names Gaby/Gabby were variations used in place of their real name which was Gable. I was wondering if you could elaborate on the source for your very last entry for a Robert Gabby in Camden District, South Carolina found between 1607-1789? Where exactly did you find that information? Thanks for any help. :)

Karen
