Thank you for the information. I am not a Cross relative exactly except where her line crossed one of mine and which is why i was trying to help this friend. But someone did tell me that John Cross was not her father but i have not found anything to suggest otherwise either, so i will keep your info and hope that it helps others. Knowing some of her siblings is also a big help as i never was able to find anything on that either. And having some areas to search will be a big help. I do work on her line from time to time because I Need to know who her parents were also. Can't stand a mystery. Thanks again, sue
