James Gadberry, b. 1811 and Elizabeth Killion were parents of Martha Emaline Gadberry, who was born in Daviess Co. IN in 1844. Their descendants lived in Remmel, Ark, Jackson County, but I don't know when they arrived there. I suspect it was while Martha Emaline was a child, because the family she married into (Bowman)is from Remmel. I have James' parents as James, b. 1876, and Elizabeth Eliot, b. 1789 in Rowan Co., NC. James was son of Nathaniel, b. bet 1745-1750, and Margaret Sloan, b. abt 1757.
