Dear Carol,
I got a letter from a relative indicating Ruth had 2 brothers and 3 sisters at her death: Frank, Hubert and May or Mae Gafford, Mrs. Ray Green and Mrs. Jack Cooper. He also told me she was born in Decatur Texas 2-5-1881, married in Cordell Oklahoma 12-18-1898, and had 21 children, 11 who grew to adulthood. She died 7-5-1966, buried in Ochiltree Cemetary near Perryton TX. He is inviting me to a Ferguson reunion at Lake Carl Etling, "near Springfield CO which has much to do with the early Fergusons."
