My dad was William Henry Alberd's son Eugene. My name is Martha. I am trying to find information on James Alberd, my great grandfather. I saw where he had another name of Jim Mayfield. Can anyone give me any information on him. I can't find any Alberds before him I would appreciate any thing you can tell me. I think I can fill in some of the blanks on our side of the tree. I don't know anything about the history because my dad died when I was a baby and my mother moved to Clarksville TN. I know alot of the people from here who are in the Gafford family. Thank You.
