I was looking for information on my husbands' ancestors (name Galauski) when I came across your posting. I know that my husband is only the 4 generation out of Poland. However, I can find NO information on the name GALAUSKI anywhere! Not on the internet, not even on polish geneology websites. Is it possible the name was changed when they came to America?
