If I am correct, Peter was the son of Lawrence/Laurence Galvin, of Castletown, Westmeath, Ireland. Laurence Galvin was the son of Patrick Galvin of Castleton, Westmeath, Ireland. The Galvin family is huge and the tree is done. I am distantly related to Peter and know one of Peter's elderly cousin. Two Galvin brothers married two Duffy sisters. There is a Duffy tree with photos too. The Duffy women and their brothers settled in Chicago and most lived together after the spouses died.
