Dorothea Garman, daughter of Johann & Barbara Garman

Dorothea Garman was born or baptized to Johann and Barbara Garman on 26 April, 1785 at Trinity Lutheran Church in South Londonderry, near Dauphin county, Pa.

A Dorothea German was married on the 8th of April, 1806 at Zion Lutheran Church in Harrisburg to Christopher Alleman.

I am wondering if this is a daughter of John (1760-1822) and Barbara (Barbary)(1758-1835) Garman (German/Germann) of Earl twp in 1790 & 1800 Earl twp, Lancaster, moved to Dauphin in 1806 and are both buried in Shoops Church. In the 1790 census John and Barbary show with 3 sons and a female(presumably a daughter). In the 1800 census, along with the 3 sons, are 2 girls under 10 (Magdalena Mary and Sarah/Salome) and a girl aged 10-15. If this latter is Dorothea, she marries in 1806 and disappears from the census. On record, we only have 6 proven children of John and Barbary, born in the years 1781, 1783, 1790, 1792, 1794 & 1797. There is a 7-year gap between 1783 and 1790 and logic dictates that there were children born in this time-frame, some of whom probably died at a very young age.

Can anyone add any clarification to this mystery?
