Don'i you ever look for a crest of the Garneau lineage

The first one of this name to come to Quebec was Louis Garneau

He married Marie Mazoué in the Notre-Dame Church in Québec
on July 23 1663

He came from a very small village called La Grimaudière, near Poitiers in France

He was a ploughman, nothing else. But a good one

He was not from a special family with a title

Anybody trying to sell you a crest of Garneau is a fake

there is so much to know about him

Today there are more than 7 000 descendants from this marriage

Good Luck
