To Paul A. Garneau, thanks for the NEW data,
esp. the brother of Louis, when was Jean G baptised?
My family tree goes back to 1600 and yes I can show a straight line of descent. The last Garnaud-vigneron of "my" village in Burgundy was Lazare Garnaud 1860-1935, the uncle of my grandfather, Louis Garnaud 1873-1936. My father was sent to UK just prior to
WW2 by French Govt. regards, Michael.
