Barbara, do you know who wrote the book? I have a original (looks like a flyer, or news letter) written in 1800's asking all Garrs to please buy the Garr Genealogy book. What ever info you have on the inside coves etc, would help, maybe the news letter and your book are connected, I often wondered what the book was like. Well Email me directly, so we can compare. My Garrs I think were English, not German I do think that somewhere the English Garrs and the German Garrs are connected, hasnt been proven as of yet. the Flyer I think is from the German Garrs.
