Hi Sonya,
Wiley Jacob Garrard married Isabella Hemphill. Isabella was the sister to Philip Walker Hemphill (my line) I have a lot of information on the Hemphill family but none on the Garrard family.
Wiley and Isabella Garrard moved to Choctaw Co., MS along with James and Mary McNeese Cunningham (my line), Philip W. and Narcissa Cunningham Hemphill and settle near to French Camp,MS for when Olney Presbyterian Church was organized in 1849, they all were among the first members.
