Hi!

Of course, my family had the same claim on David ... with the same doubts. My Garricks appear to have come to the US between 1852 and 1855. There are several mentions that Joseph was from Liverpool. The family was roman Catholic. Joseph's son's middle name was Francis.

Do you think there's a possible connection? Would appreciate any information or possible leads, sources you could recommend.
