Hi, Charlotte --

I don't have any further info on the MS GASSAWAYs, just have noticed the name here and there because of its connection to some of my distant HALL cousins back in SC. They're listed in the 1850 Tippah Co, MS census I've been looking at, spelled differently -- seems it was spelled GASSIWAY or GASIWAY, something like that. I'm sorry I don't have any other info for you. Good luck in your continued research. If I run across any other info, I'll let you know.
