Hello Julia...
While Anna was alive, I purchased many copies directly from her, at least 10, and gave them to family, genealogical libraries nd/or societies.
Sadly, Anna passed away several years ago.Her husband, Ken, was the "Gassaway" and, sadly, he passed just before their Gassaway book was published in 1990.They had no children. I used to talk by phone with Anne often.
If I remember correctly they published 600 copies, but I may way off on that number. Anna ran out of copies a few years before she died but was collecting names of people interested in buying a copy if she ever reprinted the book.
To my knowledge she never did reprint the book.
I did not donate any copies to libraries/societies in AZ.
But I do believe you can order a microfilm copy from the closest LDS Family History Center (LDS FHC)in your area.Have you ever visited a large FHC in your area?
Although I am not LDS (Mormon) I learned most of my genie skills at one of the many FHC's around the USA.Before the Internet I spent weeks, if not months, at the main FHC in Salt Lake Lity (SLC).
