My Great Grandmother was Clarisse Gauvreau.. She married William Lambert ..I Believe his name was Lampreneau(or a spelling similar) Then when they came to Vermont the name was changed to Lambert,... William had a brother whos first name was Lambert...We always thought it was cute that when they changed their name it made him Lambert Lambert...
Anyway, I would love any information!!!
