thanx william, my family were from st finians terrace, next to the army barracks, and my fathers name was bernard gavin his father was mallen gavin, he married a margaret or a susan or could be both. any info that even remotely matches would be greatly appreciated.
my father had sisters susie, rosie, josie and possibly bernadette and alice and a fair few brothers pat, john, christy, jim, steven, micheal billy and frank.
