Well, with only 3 Geary's who have taken a DNA test, is it any wonder that no one matches the other.
We have one Geary from Ireland, one from England and mine from the U.S. (who knows where before that) in the database.
Isn't there anyone out there that is interested in this new science?
My gg-grandmother was surnamed Gary/Geary and I was able to find the g-grandson of her brother and ask him to take the test. We had never met, in fact we didn't even know of each others existence before I called him to ask, so if you don't know of a living male Geary/gary to have tested, you can find one if your tree is extensive enough.
It sure would be nice to increase the database and really see where our family originated from.
If anyone wants to know more on the subject, please let me know and I would be more than happy to explain it.
