Sorry its taken so long to respond. I have no information on Pleasant Geers other than his wife's name and his children. Anyone who could have helped with family information is deceased. My mom is the second last descendent of Pleasant Geers' son, Ralph Geers who moved to Lamar County Texas before 1880. My grandfather is Marvin Geers and Mom is an only child. If I could ever get a good connection or somehone who is kin to my great-grandfather's siblings with information, I could proceed.
