Hi Bob:

I know tht your posting is old; hopefully this wilrech you.

I've been looking into my Gelinas heritage and have a question for you. The ascendancy you have for Estienne (Etienne) Gellineau, married to Huguette Robert, differs from that which I found on William M. Gelineau's website. He has Joseph Juiellineau, b. 1595, d. 1669, m. (1) Madeleine Morrison
then, Olivier Juillineau, b. 1558, d. 1638, m. Louyse Roger
then, Elie Juiellineau (Jullineau) aka "Elie the Jew", b. 1530, wife unknown

Have you come across this info before? What do you make of it?

Marcel
BTW, my most recent Gelinas connection is Victoria Gelinas m. Maxime Lesieur dit Desaulniers. They were my gr.great-grand-parents
