I don't know much about my family tree but here is what I do know:
We are 7 children in my family (names as they appear on birth/baptismal certificates from oldest to youngest):
Marie Francoise Sylvie Gelinas (born Quebec, Ca)
Marie Rita Rejane Gelinas (born Quebec, Ca)
Joseph Rene Claude Louis Gelinas (born Quebec, Ca)
Marie Lucille Nadine Gelinas (born Quebec, Ca)
Marie Lucille Cynthia Gelinas (born Omtario, Ca)
Felix Nestor Gelinas (born Saskatchewan, Ca)
Stephane Gelinas (adopted, born Saskatchewan, Ca)
Our Father is Louis Gelinas who married Pauline Darveau (am not sure of the spelling)
Our father had 2 younger siblings:
Claude Gelinas married to Monique (don't know her maiden name) they had 2 children Anne & Catherine
Lucie Gelinas married to Andre Paquet (not sure of the spelling) they had at least 2 children Eve & Gabriel (Gabby)
Our Paternal Grand parents are:
Emile Gelinas who married Francoise Roland
Emile Gelinas had a brother Named Rene Gelinas who married Jacqueline Roland (sister to Francoise)
All of our Father's family were born in Quebec Canada
Any information would be greatly appreciated. My parents would never discuss our roots with us and we are now curious about where we come from.
