Social Security Form SS-5 look up alternatives?
Posted by: Sean Date: March 01, 2002 at 15:14:55

Is there away to look the original social security application records up by yourself at the National Archives or at the Social Security Administration in Washington, DC? or do they only do this via mail? I was just wondering if there are any alternative ways to get this record than sending for it and paying the $27.00 dollars for it.

Thanks,
Sean
