Disappearing names in REPORTS-Generations FT 8.5

I am having troubles when I try to print the family group sheet - under the REPORTS tab. With 11 members of the family the first page goes up to the first 6 and then the second page skips to the 8th person. Does anyone know how to correct this? I am using Windows XP
