Disappearing names and dates when saved

Trevor Rix, please help! I've been reading messages from others having this problem, which has just started happening to me. I'm using v8.0 and had no problems when I first changed my computer and upgraded to XP, but I notice that someone else mentions a problem with a TalkTalk file ... I have recently connected to TalkTalk, so wonder if this is my problem too. I would be most grateful if you could e-mail me the fix.
