Dear Iris, That is because S&N stopped supplying Generations many years ago. We, TWR Computing, continue to supply and support Generations. We have the latest Generations v8.5a (Windows XP compatible and works on Vista too) in stock. Which version of Generations and which version of Windows are you using?
