Sorry Trevor, I got the companies mixed up.
My old Generations programme was 4.5 and I changed to 8.5a a few months ago, which I bought from your company.
I am using Windows XP. I did send this info to you a few weeks ago but guess it must have got lost along the way.
Is it possible to back up the 8.5a data and add it to my old 4.5 programme?
