Andrew L. W. George,1808-1890,s--Knoxville,TN & Cedar Co.,MO.

I am seeking descendants of Andrew L.W. George who was born in 1808 in Knox County,TN.and lived in Cedar Co.,MO dying in the 1890's.

I would like to talk with a descendant who would be interested in the George DNA Project of Family Tree DNA. There was a break in the direct male line Y-DNA and that break is possibly with Solomon George.

I descend from Andrew's brother Wiley B.B. George,1812-1880 who lived in Humansville,Polk Co.,MO which borders Cedar County.

I match Y-DNA with a George descendant of another brother Pleasant M.G. George.

They were sons of Solomon George,1757-1830 and Margaret "Peggy" Elizabeth (Crawford) George,1774-1826 who lived in Knox County,TN.

I am trying to find out if Andrew,Wiley and Pleasant all match Y-DNA.Another brother,Samuel C.S. George,1808-1863 may not have living male descendants.

There has been a break in the direct George line.A descendant of Pleasant M.G. George and myself match Y-DNA closely, but we do not match the George line from which paper records say that we should descend.
