St. Charles (Kane County, Illinois) Chronicle, April 25, 1902. Illinois Items. Attorney Frank A. Whiteside has sold his 3,040-acre ranch west of Carrollton, along the Illinois river bottoms, to William George, Charles S.Kilburn and J.B. Roberts, all of Aurora, Ill., for $15 per acre, a total consideration of $45,600. About 1,500 acres are available for cultivation. (Posted as a courtesy, not related.)
