George brothers in Bell Co., TX

I am trying to track down information on the George brothers of Bell County, Texas. In History of Bell County, there is a story of an 1867 snowstorm during which "five to seven Indians came to Bell County and stole 21 horses from the George Brothers" --James, William and Freeman. Land records from the 1870's show land titles in Bell County for James George and Samuel George.
From Marriage Book E, Bell County, Texas, page 30: Freeman GEORGE married Sarah Ann WALKER on 2 July 1871. In the same marriage book, 6 July 1871, there is a marriage for William GEORGE and Isabella ARNOLD.
Freeman and Sarah A. George are listed in Bell County Probate Book, Vol. W, pg. 379-381 for the year 1911.
There is also a Freeman (Jim) George, who died in Grimes County of yellow fever in 1867.
I am trying to ascertain if these George brothers are related to Samuel George, who had land fairly near that of James George in Bell County. Does anyone connect with these families?
