Harriet ( Henriette) Girard (?Gerard) and Peter LaDuke/Pierre Leduc

I have recently found out that Pierre and Henriette were in Franklin New York with their children in the 1860 census, and I do believe may have been married there circa 1845 to 1850. Their anglisized or Americainized names were Harriet Girard and Peter LaDuke.
It also looks like Peter was called to draft in 1870 and he fled back to Canada in 1871 with his family, probably settling in the Renfrew District shortly thereafter.
Seraphin is there in 1881 and is under the name LaDuke, but Leduc in the 1891 census.
Sophie apparently returned there according my aunt Emilias notes ( Seraphins daughter) and may have married a Charles Stacy.
Pierres relative Augustin I think stayed there as well.
If anyone has any more info, birth registrations, marriage etc, please contact me and we can share information!

Thank you!
Sheryl
