I am searching for a brief lineage line of an Andrew GETTY b.c1808 poss. Co. Antrim, Nor. Ireland who had a son James GETTY b.c1840 of Tullaghore (Co. Antrim?) who had a son Robert GETTY b. c1861 who married Ellen MOODY daughter of John MOODY and Mary HOGG of Balnamore, Co. Antrim, NI.
John MOODY was born in 1857 and d. 1931. He was a son of John MOODY b. 1835 and Mary Ann LESLIE b. 1835 daugh. of John LESLIE.
(John Moody b. 1835 and Mary Ann HOGG also had children - Mary Ann MOODY b. 1860 who d. 1917 that married William HOGG (most likely a brother to the Mary Ann Hogg above)
James MOODY b. 1862 who married Margaret LYNCH
Margaret Annie Moody b. 1865
Martha Moody b. 1868
Ellen Moody b. 1870
and Thomas MOODY b. 1874.

John MOODY b. 1835 who married Mary Ann LESLIE, he was a son of a James MOODY b. c1808 poss. Co. Antrim or Co. Down or even Co. L'derry.
These are part of our Ydna Moody family and I am trying to find out more about our MOODY family and the families they married into which mostly seem to have ties back to Scotland.
Our ydna does Not match to any of the Moody's of England and I have an exact ydna matching MOODY family in Nova Scotia, CAN as well.
If anyone can help with these ties, I would be most interested.
Thank You.
