Jim, I would be interested in any information you may have. My husband's grandfather was Dominic Giarolli and they are all from the region of which you speak. I am almost POSITIVE you would be related. We are at a loss as grandfather "Garol" (Thanks to Ellis island the Americanized name!)and many of the relatives are gone. My husband, his mother and father were able to visit some relatives in Bolsano (many years ago) when my husband was about 10. They filled in a couple of generations and I will send that to you, if you like...perhaps it can lead to a connection!
