Carol,
It is nice to know that someone else is working on the Montgomery lines. I have several pages about our Montgomery lines from various books that other Montgomery reseachers have copied for me. Archibald and Nancy's dad was Samuel. I know that he died in Dade Co. MO. I can't find a will for Samuel,or Archibald. The mother was Nancy Jones Montgomery and she died in IL. I have not looked for her will. There was another Archibald Montgomery living in Missouri around the same time as mine. I have corresponded with Cathy Babbs, she is descended from George Washington Montgomery, a brother to Archibald and Nancy.
I will wait to hear back from you with your information or questions that you have.
