Jackie, my paternal great grandfather was Patrick Gildea from Monargan and my maternal great grandfather was John Branagan from Carricknamohill who married Susan Maguire from Glenconwell. Based on church records, I suspect that Susan and Mary were sisters and the Gildeas of Monargan and Glenconwell were probably also related.
